I won’t describe the details of the VIP tour. It’s up to a conversation/emails between the customer and me. However, I make sure that the route is planned for traffic and that there are no demonstrations or roadworks on the route that day.
Although everything is precisely planned, there will be time for free conversation and discussion of the things we see on the road. I know what I want to say, but it can be changed according to the participants’ wishes. However, I make sure I stay on schedule.
We also agree on exactly what the king, president, top politicians or board chairmen will see. If necessary, we can do tests in advance to make sure nothing goes wrong.
